Intraviews Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the Intraviews platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, dashboards, content, products, and services (collectively, the “Service“) provided by Intraviews, Inc. (“**Intraviews,” “we,” “us,” or “our””). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Definitions

TermMeaning
RecruiterA user granted the Recruiter role who creates interview sessions and receives applicant video feeds.
ManagerA user granted the Manager role who can conduct interviews personally and view the records of assigned Recruiters.
ApplicantAn end‑user invited by a Recruiter or Manager to complete an interview session through Intraviews.
SessionA scheduled or on‑demand interview consisting of video, audio, and related metadata captured by the Service.
User ContentAny content (including video, audio, text, and metadata) transmitted, uploaded, or generated by users through the Service.
DocumentationAll user guides, manuals, and other materials made available by Intraviews describing the use or operation of the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

  1. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.
  2. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date information during registration and to keep your credentials confidential.
  3. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  4. Intraviews may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Role‑Specific Obligations

3.1 Recruiters

  • Create Sessions only for bona‑fide hiring purposes.
  • Provide Applicants with truthful instructions, including hardware requirements and privacy disclosures.
  • Use One‑Time Passwords (“OTP”) only to authenticate Applicants.
  • Review captured footage solely for evaluation of the Applicant’s candidacy.

3.2 Managers

  • All Recruiter obligations, plus:
    • Assign and unassign Recruiters responsibly; ensure Recruiters comply with these Terms.
    • Use the Team Records view only for monitoring legitimate recruiting activity.

3.3 Applicants

  • Agree that your video, audio, and screen or camera feed may be captured and processed by Intraviews.
  • Refrain from using unauthorized aids or third parties during a Session.
  • Follow all instructions provided by the Recruiter or Manager.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  1. Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service.
  2. Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
  3. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  4. Share credentials or allow unauthorized access.
  5. Use the Service to discriminate on the basis of protected characteristics or to violate labor or employment laws.

5. Fees and Payment

  1. Recruiters or Managers may purchase interview credits or subscription plans as described on the Intraviews pricing page.
  2. All fees are non‑refundable except as required by law.
  3. Late payments may result in suspension of the Service.

6. Video & Data Handling

  1. All Session footage is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  2. Default retention is 90 days; Managers can configure shorter or longer periods up to 730 days.
  3. After retention, footage is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  4. Intraviews may use anonymized, aggregate data to improve the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal data.


8. Intellectual Property

  1. Intraviews retains all right, title, and interest in the Service and Documentation.
  2. Subject to these Terms, Intraviews grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal hiring purposes.
  3. You grant Intraviews a worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, store, process, and display User Content for the purpose of operating the Service.

9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information with the same care it uses for its own (and at least reasonable care) and to use such information only for the purposes permitted here.


10. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by written notice.
  • Intraviews may suspend or terminate the Service for violation of these Terms, non‑payment, or to comply with law.
  • Sections 6–14 survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Intraviews disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intraviews will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) $1,000 or (b) the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intraviews and its affiliates against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.


14. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules. All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.


15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide 30 days’ notice via the Service or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
